Things to remember
Please DO NOT remove any existing fittings, or book any professional trades people, until your goods have been received and checked. Whilst we endeavour to meet all agreed dates and times, this cannot be guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances may affect our ability to achieve this.
Please ensure that you thoroughly check all items before any fitting/installation starts.
When inspecting items for any damage or defects on delivery, please be aware that there may be a protective film that may need removing, as this can sometimes give the impression of a scratch when it is in fact the film.
Please do not open any packaging with sharp implements as this may damage your item.
If you are ordering more than one item, please be aware that items may not be delivered together. Check the details on your order confirmation.
You will be sent a message (via SMS and/or Email) to confirm the date of your delivery.
Within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date, you will be sent a message (via SMS and/or Email) to inform your of your planned AM or PM delivery.
Please note, you will not receive this message if your order is being delivered by a Courier.
On the day of your delivery you can track the progress of your order via this site or the below link:
You will receive a phone call from the delivery crew when they are on their way to your property.
Once the delivery crew arrive at your property, they will ascertain with you a room of choice where you would like the goods placed.
Goods will be signed for on an electronic PDA.
